I'll try to keep this short, like me.
I graduated in 2006 with a BFA in Medical Illustration from the Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, NY.  While I still enjoy rendering medical and scientific subjects, I find that I am often drawn to "pretty little things" ranging from frosting slathered cupcakes to tulle enveloped skirts to intricately beaded light fixtures.

My longest running passion has been illustrating, coordinating, reading and generally thinking about textiles, apparel and home goods and the overall aesthetic of the field.  I am currently trying to mesh all of these areas onto the "canvas" of my furniture and wooden letter painting.  I love perusing antique shops, consignment boutiques and flea markets for new pieces.

My other passion has also been in my life for a while but was only recently realized after I graduated college and had the kitchen to myself.  Concocting sweet treats and experimenting with baking techniques has proven to be a fulfilling and exciting love for me.  I very much want to expand and share my tasty treats and ideas with others.

Thank you for visiting.  I hope you find something "yum" that piques your interests.
